The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Orders Under $40 Incure Extra Handling Charges. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge.

Note: Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico will have additional freight charges added to the total amount - you will be contacted by email or telephone with additional charges.
Note: Shipments to PO Box, APO and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS UPS ground charges plus an additional $10.00 you will be contacted by email or telephone with your new total.
FLORIDA state residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Personal Checks and Money Orders must be made out to WorldWide Manufacturing Co.. Once we receive the Check & it has cleared the account, we will begin processing your order.
All costs incurred for incorrect or inadequate shipping or billing information are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.

Orders take 3-5 Business Days to be shipped. Shipping method is UPS ground. Custom design & embroidered CloudSoft toilet seats and Athena accessories are specialty orders and will take typically 2-4 weeks for the customer to receive.
All returns and exchanges must include a return/exchange authorization code (RGA#). Please call us toll free 1-877-636-2284 to get an RGA#. All returned goods accompanied by an RGA# will be refunded to your credit card account Excluding any Shipping & Handling Charges and 20% Restocking Fee. All original packaging must be returned with the item to insure a timely refund or exchange. If an item is damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the itme(s).
No returns or exchanges can be done for items that are CUSTOM ORDERS including custom or embroidered CloudSoft toilet seats and Athena accessory items.
Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of TOILET SEATS for refund or credit. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly different spectrums, depending on video cards, monitor settings etc. In light of this we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colors, texture or pattern. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in shipping and/or returning of products for this reason.
